With enthusiasm for Joe Biden growing, Republican operatives are starting to get worried and reportedly already working on their backup plan:  

 

If they lose the election, they will try to block a Biden administration every chance they get in the courts.  

 

STOP the Republican backup plan! Can you split a $5 contribution to help us elect Democratic AGs in critical swing states?

 

Split a contribution to our campaign and the Democratic Attorneys General Association

 

Democratic Attorneys General have sued President Trump over 100 times, but in each of our lawsuits, it’s been to protect your rights — not take them away. That’s not what we can expect from our Republican counterparts under a Biden presidency.  

 

Just look at what happened during the Obama administration: Republican AGs tried, again and again, to rip our healthcare away and destroy the Affordable Care Act. They blocked groundbreaking climate efforts. They stopped executive orders that protected our immigrant communities.  

 

These may be familiar scenarios if Democrats retake the White House, but if we fail to hold and expand the Attorney General map. That’s why I’m asking you today: 

 

If you’re able, can you split a $5 contribution to help us elect Democratic AGs in critical states? We must STOP the Republican backup plan and PROTECT a progressive agenda»
