We are officially 49 days away from Election Day, and there are a lot of
critical races on the ballot this fall. But the Texas governor’s race is
especially important and personal to me, and my friend Gina Hinojosa needs

Like Gina, I was born and raised in South Texas. I am a proud Texan

security. But under Greg Abbott's leadership, that promise has been
stripped away.

hard-working Texans are the ones stuck paying the bill.

Texans deserve better. We pay for strong public schools, reliable
infrastructure, and lower costs, and it is time we actually get what we
deserve. And I know that if we elect Gina this fall, we can make Texas a
state where everyone can prosper.
