As you read this, the GOP is up on TV with ads against Teresa — all because she refused to support a sham Republican bill.

Why? Because she refused to play along with their “stock trading ban” which she called fool’s gold.

Their bill still allowed members of Congress to own stocks, acquire more stocks, and sell stocks. And it left out President Trump — even as questions continue to mount about how his presidency has benefited his family financially.

Teresa fought to make their sham bill a real ban.

She offered amendments to prohibit members of Congress from trading individual stocks and to extend the rules to the President, Vice President, Cabinet secretaries, and other political appointees. Republicans voted them down. So Teresa voted no.

National Republicans already have a COLOSSAL fundraising advantage heading into the November midterms. Now they’re trying to use their MAGA money to flip our district.
