3. When and IF you get approved after 3+ months of waiting.

when the clock runs out,there is no grace period. Your right simply vanishes
until the paperwork catches up.
That is NOT a permitting system. This is a wall with a door painted on it.
A federal judge refused the government's attempt to throw our case out. Our
case, Lawson v. Campbell, moves forward.
Motions to dismiss are where cases like this usually die. OURS DID NOT! That
means discovery, briefing, expert work, and the long grind of federal
litigation,a crucial fight that protects Second Amendment rights for gun owners
