3. When and IF you get approved after 3+ months of waiting. Congratulations!

4. Start the whole process over again, next year. Every year. Forever.

5. And if your renewal is still pending when the clock runs out, there is no grace period. Your right simply vanishes until the paperwork catches up.

That is NOT a permitting system. This is a wall with a door painted on it.
