As you may know, NGP VAN regularly performs general server maintenance by applying the latest Microsoft patches to ensure optimal system performance. We will put your site into maintenance mode for approximately 10 to 15 minutes and will display a scheduled maintenance notification during this period.

As previously communicated, the next round of patching work will commence on Saturday, September 12; Sunday, September 13; and Monday, September 14 from 6 AM to 6:15 AM Eastern . We have confirmed this is the best time to complete this work across our platforms based on system usage while ensuring all nightly data procedures have run.

For clients using our Digital tools, Online Forms will be up and available to your supporters, but attempts to submit the form may fail. Given the extremely short duration of the maintenance window, we expect that full functionality will return by the time most supporters are able to attempt a second submission of the form.

We sincerely appreciate your cooperation as we perform this maintenance work. We will not be performing monthly serving patching again until after the election.
