*September 1, 2026 [ [link removed] ] – 30026-124-GP-26 (Record No. 18060) *- The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Black Hills Wyoming Gas, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy (BHWG) for authority to pass on a Gas Cost Adjustment (GCA) rate increase of $0.0331 per therm for non-Choice Gas customers, effective for usage on and after March 1, 2026. The rate applies to customers in Cheyenne and Cody divisions and all non-Choice Gas customers in the Casper, Gillette, and Torrington divisions who have elected to take service under the GCA rate.

*September 1, 2026 [ [link removed] ] – 10008-72-CN-26 (Record No. 18226)* - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given of the Application of Niobrara Electric Association, Inc. (Niobrara), for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) to site, design, construct operate and maintain a new 69kV transmission line and substation.
