September 1, 2026 – 30026-124-GP-26 (Record No. 18060) - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Black Hills Wyoming Gas, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy (BHWG) for authority to pass on a Gas Cost Adjustment (GCA) rate increase of $0.0331 per therm for non-Choice Gas customers, effective for usage on and after March 1, 2026. The rate applies to customers in Cheyenne and Cody divisions and all non-Choice Gas customers in the Casper, Gillette, and Torrington divisions who have elected to take service under the GCA rate.

September 1, 2026 – 10008-72-CN-26 (Record No. 18226) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given of the Application of Niobrara Electric Association, Inc. (Niobrara), for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) to site, design, construct operate and maintain a new 69kV transmission line and substation.

September 1, 2026 – 10008-73-CA-26 (Record No. 18230) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules and Regulations, notice is hereby given of Niobrara Electric Association Inc.’s (NEA or the Cooperative) Application for Commission review and approval of its Wildfire Mitigation Plan (WMP).
