I've long admired Elaine's commitment to service. She was among the first women admitted to the Navy's Nuclear Power School and spent two decades serving our country on active duty before running for Congress.

When she got to Washington, she brought that same sense of duty with her.

After the attack on January 6, Elaine served on the Select Committee because she believed the American people deserved the truth about what happened that day. It wasn't the easy path, but public service isn't about doing what's easy. Neither is politics.

Now, she's running again because she believes Virginia families deserve a representative focused on the challenges people face every day: lowering costs, strengthening our economy, protecting our security, and preserving our democracy.
