I've long admired Elaine's commitment to service. She was among the first women admitted to the Navy's Nuclear Power School and spent two decades serving our country on active duty before running for Congress.

After the attack on January 6, Elaine served on the Select Committee because she believed the American people deserved the truth about what happened that day. It wasn't the easy path, but public service isn't about doing what's easy. Neither is politics.
