The first bad-faith lawsuit has dropped against the Protect Education Act [[link removed]] , courtesy of the Goldwater Institute — a far right, deep-pocketed special interest organization that has been pushing private school vouchers into Arizona for decades. The good news? It’s a predictable circulator challenge filled with unfounded claims.
The bad news? There are nearly 900 pages of these bad-faith claims that will need to be heavily researched and defended in court.
