It’s been nearly a week since we turned in hundreds of thousands of signatures to qualify Protect Education to the ballot [[link removed]] , a first-in-the-nation effort to rein in a $1 billion private school voucher program! WHEW!!!! 👏🎉 [link removed] [[link removed]]
In the meantime, our opponents have been busy 😡 Within hours of signatures being filed, Betsy DeVos-backed American Federation for Children announced it intends to take us to court to keep us off the ballot.
They’ll stop at nothing, even frivolous lawsuits and attacks.
Why? Because they’re scared.

They’re scared of our grassroots army of volunteers and the hundreds of thousands of incredible conversations we’ve had across Arizona. They’re scared that voters will finally have a choice in the ESA voucher program and how their tax dollars will be used.

We’ve seen the polling, and we know that Arizona voters overwhelmingly support these commonsense reforms to the unchecked, off-the-rails private school voucher program and recoup hundreds of millions for our neighborhood public schools.
