When the Trump administration and its backers in Congress start talking about "defunding" health centers permanently, they're going after people who have few options for affordable care.

And it's no coincidence that the people most likely to be harmed are women, people with low incomes, Black and Latino communities, LGBTQ+ people, those who live in rural areas, and immigrants.

Already, more than 50 Planned Parenthood health centers have been forced to close because of the Trump administration's cruelty. And about 150 more Planned Parenthood health centers are in danger of shutting down if a permanent "defunding" bill passes. Entire communities could lose their only source of quality, affordable reproductive care.
