Earlier this month, I took Education Secretary Linda McMahon to task on the House floor.

Since taking office, Secretary McMahon has completely mismanaged the Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights.

She fired half of the office “by mistake,” and as a result, she’s only resolved 1% of civil rights complaints – leaving hundreds of thousands of schoolchildren unprotected by their Department of Education.

John, as your representative, I’ll never stop fighting to ensure that all Americans have the protections they’re guaranteed in our Constitution.

That’s why I’m not afraid to do whatever it takes to hold this disastrous administration accountable – and I’ll keep calling them out until their rampant corruption finally ends.
