Since taking office, Secretary McMahon has completely mismanaged the Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights.
She fired half of the office “by mistake,” and as a result, she’s only resolved 1% of civil rights complaints – leaving hundreds of thousands of schoolchildren unprotected by their Department of Education.
