It's been over 10 years since the Affordable Care Act became law, and Republicans have been fighting it ever since. Even during a global pandemic, they're working to deepen long-ignored disparities and cut Americans' access to healthcare.

We've asked a lot of essential workers this year. They've fed us, kept us healthy, and made sure our cities kept running as the crisis wore on. They also tend to be uninsured, and less likely to have paid sick days or the ability to work remotely. We need Medicare for All because essential workers deserve healthcare -- it's a human right.
