Kentucky is one of many states that have banned divisive DEI programs from higher education. But what our investigators found in video ([link removed]) after video ([link removed]) after video ([link removed]) was that the law accomplished very little.

Some administrators simply ignore the law and continue their activism. Others hide behind a carve-out in the law that allows DEI in the curriculum to meet accreditation requirements.

This is most common in schools of education. If you’ve ever wondered why K-12 classrooms are run by radicals, it’s because radicals are the ones training the teachers.

Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and other states have already closed this loophole by creating their own DEI-free accreditation body. Sadly, Kentucky has yet to join.
