Kentucky is one of many states that have banned divisive DEI programs from higher education. But what our investigators found in video after video after video was that the law accomplished very little.
Some administrators simply ignore the law and continue their activism. Others hide behind a carve-out in the law that allows DEI in the curriculum to meet accreditation requirements.

Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and other states have already closed this loophole by creating their own DEI-free accreditation body. Sadly, Kentucky has yet to join.
