We wanted to communicate three scheduled maintenance events for the month of August. Please read carefully below as each scheduled event’s scope is slightly different. We appreciate your continued patience as we complete the necessary hardware and security upgrades to your site.
Saturday, August 8, from 6 am to 8 am Eastern
We will perform a security certificate update to all sites, which may affect login attempts during an early morning two-hour window. While sites will remain accessible, some users may experience brief or intermittent issues when attempting to log in. As a result, we recommend users minimize or avoid using sites during this time.
API calls, Pipeline synching and our digital tools will remain operable during this work.
Tuesday, August 11, from 7 am to 9 am Eastern
We will perform necessary maintenance upgrades on our digital tools. The scope of this work will be limited to our Targeted Email , Online Actions , and related payment processing applications . Throughout this work, users will be able to log into and access all other parts of the database.
However, Targeted Emails cannot be scheduled or sent during this maintenance window. Any emails previously scheduled for this time will be delayed until work is completed.
Online Action forms will continue to be accessible and will receive submissions, though any confirmation emails will be delayed until work is completed.
Any recurring payments scheduled to process during this work will also be delayed until work is completed.
Saturday, Sunday, Monday, August 15, 16, and 17, from 6 am to 6:30 am
We will perform our regular monthly server patching by applying the latest Microsoft patches to ensure optimal system performance. We will put your site into maintenance mode for approximately 10 to 15 minutes during this time.
