Donald Trump is desperate.

His approval ratings have plummeted due to his mishandling of the COVID-19 pandemic. Poll after poll shows Joe Biden leading Trump in the general election.

Trump knows his best chance to win in November is to keep Democratic-leaning voters away from the polls. And thanks to a $20 million war chest set up by the GOP, Trump is taking his war against the Democratic voter to the court system.

Last weekend, Trump threatened to sue Nevada after the state passed legislation to send every voter a mail-in ballot. He argued the move made it impossible for Republicans to win in the state.

It's probably no coincidence that polls show Joe Biden with a lead over Trump in Nevada.

Donald Trump knows strong turnout -- aided by the ease and convenience of mail-in voting in the midst of the COVID crisis -- will lead to his defeat in November. It's little wonder then that despite a mountain of evidence to the contrary, Trump keeps on attacking mail-in voting.
