Donald Trump knows strong turnout -- aided by the ease and convenience of mail-in voting in the midst of the COVID crisis -- will lead to his defeat in November. It’s little wonder then that despite a mountain of evidence to the contrary, Trump keeps on attacking mail-in voting.
