** The Lost Hours Walk is back…
------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------
And this year you can walk against suicide wherever you are in the country.
In 2019, a thousand people took to the streets of London to deal with grief differently and defiantly, and to remember our sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers, partners and friends. This year, we want everyone to get involved by bringing the Lost Hours Walk to their community.

Lockdown has been tough. It's affected us all differently, but one thing's for sure, it's affected us all - whether that's in our jobs, personal lives or our health.
Here at CALM we've seen record-breaking demand for our services, and we know they're needed more than ever. That's why we're calling on our community to help flatten the mental health curve.

We were gob-smacked by your response to last month's collaboration with Dave ([link removed]) - raising over £17,000 to help support our helpline and webchat services.
This month, you can get your mitts, or should that be lips, on these limited edition CALM masks. All profits go into funding our life-saving services - while helping to keep you and those around you safe when you’re out and about.
Still waiting on your masks? Don't worry, they'll be with you soon.

Yup, TeamCALM took on the Virtual London 10K and you bloody well smashed it. With runners in Margate, Poole, and Sunderland and everywhere in between, you raised over £2000 and counting ([link removed]) for CALM. CALM’s services are needed more than ever right now, and it’s your proper impressive dedication that makes what we do possible.
