** Executive Board Elections

We will be electing a new Executive Board at the September General Membership meeting! If you would like to run for any of the positions, please fill out this form no later than 11:59 PM on Sunday, September 1st. You may also use the form to nominate someone else for a position; the Elections Planning Working Group will then contact that person to see if they accept the nomination. Any Sacramento DSA member in good standing may run!

In September, the Socialist Education Committee will be holding a Night School for all to learn more about socialism! Dates are as planned:
Labor Module: Tuesday, September 3rd from 6:30-8:30 pm at the Sierra 2 Center, Rm. 9. Class will be taught by Phillip K.

** Night of Solidarity with Brazil’s Landless Workers Movement
------------------------------------------------------------
Sacramento DSA International Committee is hosting a free screening of SonoFed Productions film “Landless” about the struggles of the Landless Worker’s Movement (MST) of Brazil, followed by a discussion with a member of the Bay Area Friends of the MST. We will have a raffle with books and other prizes to fundraise for Friends of the MST.
