[NEW] Democrat leaders Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries released their
plan to reform ICE. Their proposed reforms state that ICE agents:
* Cannot wear masks on raids
* Must carry ID and wear uniforms
* Cannot racially profile
* Stay clear of churches, schools, courts, and medical facilities
* Must wear body cameras
* Cannot use excessive force
Some say these changes are long overdue. Some say they don't go far
