Does it go far enough?
[NEW] Democrat leaders Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries released their plan to reform ICE. Their proposed reforms state that ICE agents:
- Cannot wear masks on raids
- Must carry ID and wear uniforms
- Cannot racially profile
- Stay clear of churches, schools, courts, and medical facilities
- Must wear body cameras
- Cannot use excessive force
