The sculpture will be installed in front of Larcom City Hall, 301 E. Huron St.

A public hearing for the draft is scheduled for *5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 18*, at the City Planning Commission meeting - to attend in person or to call in via Zoom. In addition to hearing from the public at the Feb. 18 meeting, the Planning Commission is also accepting comments on Draft 4 by email. Emailed comments must be sent to [email protected] *by noon Friday, Feb. 13*, to be included in the Planning Commission agenda packet.
