The City of Ann Arbor is inviting experienced bronze artists and artist teams to apply to design, fabricate and install a life-sized bronze figure honoring Kathy Kozachenko, the first openly LGBTQ+ person elected to public office in the United States. The sculpture will be installed in front of Larcom City Hall, 301 E. Huron St.

The fourth draft of the City of Ann Arbor Comprehensive Land Use Plan is now available for review. A public hearing for the draft is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 18, at the City Planning Commission meeting – to attend in person or to call in via Zoom. In addition to hearing from the public at the Feb. 18 meeting, the Planning Commission is also accepting comments on Draft 4 by email. Emailed comments must be sent to [email protected] by noon Friday, Feb. 13, to be included in the Planning Commission agenda packet.
