Start Early’s RFP to support Illinois communities to study the feasibility of local Universal Newborn Support Systems (UNSS). As a reminder, all RFP applicants are required to submit a Letter of Interest (LOI) by Friday, February 13, 5:00 PM CT.

LOIs are non-binding but will help us ensure coordination across Illinois communities. If more than one organization from a single community submits an LOI, Start Early will contact all applicants in that community to recommend that they work together on a single application.
