Submit Your LOI By Next Friday
Thank you to all who have expressed interest in Start Early’s RFP to support Illinois communities to study the feasibility of local Universal Newborn Support Systems (UNSS). As a reminder, all RFP applicants are required to submit a Letter of Interest (LOI) by Friday, February 13, 5:00 PM CT.
LOIs are non-binding but will help us ensure coordination across Illinois communities. If more than one organization from a single community submits an LOI, Start Early will contact all applicants in that community to recommend that they work together on a single application.
