Did you know that the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is turning 30 this July? That's right – until 1990, employers, schools, and all public and private places open to the general public were free to discriminate against people with disabilities. This landmark legislation is younger than:

The ADA was only the beginning in the fight for our rights. This year we need to register and vote to make sure our diverse community is prioritized at all levels of government.
