SERVICES MODIFIED TODAY

 

*Trinity Metro Service ALERT: TEXRail to begin hourly service at 11 a.m. Monday*

Due to extreme cold temperature related equipment issues, TEXRail will be operating on an hourly schedule beginning at 11 a.m. for the remainder of service today, Monday, Jan. 26.


* Trinity Railway Express (TRE) continues operating on its normal schedule.
* Customer Service hours continue as usual.
* Trinity Metro fixed-route bus service, TRE Link, and the CentrePort Circulator remain suspended due to unsafe road conditions.
* On-Demand paratransit services continue to operate for life-issue trips, where conditions allow.

Customers are encouraged to:


* allow extra travel time
* check the status of their service before leaving
* wear appropriate clothing for extreme cold temperatures
* use caution and be aware of slick or icy surfaces at stations, stops, and along walkways
