Trinity Metro Service ALERT: TEXRail to begin hourly service at 11 a.m. Monday
Due to extreme cold temperature related equipment issues, TEXRail will be operating on an hourly schedule beginning at 11 a.m. for the remainder of service today, Monday, Jan. 26.
- Trinity Railway Express (TRE) continues operating on its normal schedule.
- Customer Service hours continue as usual.
- Trinity Metro fixed-route bus service, TRE Link, and the CentrePort Circulator remain suspended due to unsafe road conditions.
- On-Demand paratransit services continue to operate for life-issue trips, where conditions allow.
Customers are encouraged to:
- allow extra travel time
- check the status of their service before leaving
- wear appropriate clothing for extreme cold temperatures
- use caution and be aware of slick or icy surfaces at stations, stops, and along walkways
