THE COMPLICATION: Joe Kennedy outspent us big time -- including $2.4 million on an ad buy to drown out Ed's message. Now that he's seen our grassroots strength match his max-out machine, he's going to sound the alarm with his big-money donor network to try to stop our movement.

THE PLAN: We need to keep our foot on the gas and work harder than ever in this final stretch. We don't have to outspend Joe Kennedy, but we have to keep it close. And the only way we can do that is if we all do our part.
