Dear Friend of the National Parks,

After months at home, many of us are itching to get out for a hike,
go kayaking or snorkeling, or just safely travel again with family and
friends.

National park sites around the country, from Zion to the Great
Smokies, are desperately trying to balance a massive influx of park
visitors with reduced staffing and a lack of equipment to adequately
keep people safe. Worse, many communities near parks simply do not
have the health care infrastructure to manage a growing number of
COVID-19 infections.

NPCA is eager to resume our small-group tours when things are safe
again, but until then, travelers can still do the next-best thing:
dream.

Now is the perfect time to fine-tune your bucket list and start
planning a trip to a national park you've always dreamed of
visiting. Fortunately, NPCA and our travel partner Off the Beaten
Path have set dates for a variety of small-group adventures in 2021.
