At 36, Sara is one of the youngest Members of Congress serving in the 119th Congress and proudly represents California's 51st Congressional District.

As a member of the Democratic House Steering and Policy Committee, Co-Chair on the Protection of Civilians in Conflict Caucus, Vice Chair of the Congressional Equality Caucus, and Co-Chair of the Transgender Equality Task Force, Congresswoman Jacobs is a proven progressive leader.
