John, We're thrilled to announce the Keynote Speaker for this year's Wayne Morse Gala: Congresswoman Sara Jacobs! At 36, Sara is one of the youngest Members of Congress serving in the 119th Congress and proudly represents California's 51st Congressional District.
Congresswoman Jacobs gives a voice for those who need it most on some of the most important issues in the world today. As a member of the Democratic House Steering and Policy Committee, Co-Chair on the Protection of Civilians in Conflict Caucus, Vice Chair of the Congressional Equality Caucus, and Co-Chair of the Transgender Equality Task Force, Congresswoman Jacobs is a proven progressive leader. We are honored to welcome her to Oregon as this year's Keynote Speaker!
