Big win for health care: the U.S. House just passed a bill to lower health care costs!

Families across the country are watching insurance costs skyrocket because Republicans in Congress refused to extend critical tax credits—driving premiums up starting January 1 and forcing millions to pay more or drop their coverage altogether.

Yesterday, House Democrats put their Affordable Care Act tax credit extension bill to a vote to make health care more affordable. And it passed! 🎉

Now it's time to let our reps in Washington hear what we think about their votes. Contact your U.S. Representative to tell them what you think about how they voted. [[link removed]]

Nearly every Republican voted against this bill; they didn't even want to vote on it.
