It's one of the most important organizations in America.

You might know me from my stand-up comedy or shows like Arrested
Development or The Price is Right.

What some people don't know about me, however, is that I grew up
poor in Georgia, one of three kids whose dad left them and their
mom. I know how difficult it can be for a single mother of three,
in America, with no financial support. I saw it with my own eyes,
watching my mom struggle. And at the same time facing
anti-Semitism.

It was tough. And I think about the sacrifices my mother had to
make on a daily basis.

These experiences have stayed with me to this day; they inform my
values and my politics.

I believe that, as a country, we must continue to strive toward
our stated foundational American values of Life, Liberty, and the
Pursuit of Happiness for ALL. In order for that to happen, we
must defeat Trump and the GOP this November.

When it comes to this upcoming election, I share the same fears
and apprehensions as many Americans. It is not hyperbole to say
that our democracy is at stake.

If Trump gets re-elected, his administration will continue
attacking voting and civil rights, especially through
increasingly conservative courts. I worry about a scenario where
there are no meaningful and/or honest elections ever again if
Trump and his fellow Republicans win this year. That's why I'm
sending you this email.

Wisconsin, with its 10 electoral voters, is a must-win swing
state.

One of the most effective things you can do to ensure that Trump
loses in November is to donate to the Democratic Party of
Wisconsin. Will you join me?
