The white-nationalist rot in the Republican Party is seeping deeper and
deeper. 

In recent days, two Republican Members of Congress – both endorsed by
AIPAC – crossed lines that would have been unthinkable not long ago.

Congressman Randy Fine, who previously said “‘Palestinian’ is just another
word for demon,” branded “mainstream Muslims” a threat to the United
States that we need to “destroy.” Congressman Andy Ogles, sharing a stage
with a member of Germany’s far-right AfD party at a New York Republican
gala, called for the deportation of migrants who don’t "worship our god." 

The ethno-nationalist, dehumanizing logic used to justify mass suffering
in Gaza is also corroding liberal democracy here at home – redefining who
counts as human, who belongs and whose rights can be discarded. It’s an
assault on our common humanity, and we know all too well where this
leads. 

As Jewish Americans, our history and our values compel us to fight this

We are living through uncharted times, and the absence of the courage to
push back against toxic voices on “your own side” has rarely been more
