1. A lot of people think Prop 50 ended the California Republican Party for good. It didn’t. Right this second, the GOP is challenging Prop 50 in court — and we all know how Trump’s courts like to rule . That means we need to get prepared for yet another ultra-close election, no matter the outcome of the lawsuit.

2. CA-47 isn’t a seat Democrats would like to win. It’s one we need to win . Want to know the odds of Democrats taking back the House if Dave Min loses next year? Miniscule . That means the entire country is counting on Orange County to lead the charge against Trump on Election Day — and we can only do it with your help.

3. Our numbers are about to go public for everyone to see . Look, we wish money didn’t matter so much in elections. But that’s the system we have to compete in. So when Donald Trump and all his far-right allies here in California have the opportunity to look at our fundraising numbers in the new year, we NEED them to be strong.
