Great news, :

Medicare for All just gained another new cosponsor in Congress! 🎉

U.S. Rep. Sarah Elfreth of Maryland’s 3rd congressional district just
signed on in support of the House bill, which now has 111 cosponsors.

We had been leading an organizing campaign in Rep. Elfreth’s district to
build the support necessary to convince her to sign on, and it worked!

She becomes the seventh new Medicare for All cosponsor in Congress in just
the last month, proving that momentum to pass single-payer, universal
health care just keeps growing.
