Dr. Phil Hoskins joins Diana’s campaigns as one of the most well-known religious leaders in the district. Dr. Hoskins is the former Senior Pastor of Higher Ground Baptist Church, where Harshbarger taught Sunday School for over 20 years. “ It was my privilege to be Diana’s pastor for twenty-four years and she was one of our most active members.
