The Third Circuit Court of Appeals has granted full-court review in Koons v. Platkin: FPC’s challenge to New Jersey’s post-Bruen carry restrictions, with oral arguments slated for Feb. 11!

As you know, in the wake of the Bruen decision, many states adopted unconstitutional new anti-gun measures aimed at flouting SCOTUS’s ruling.

And now we have a golden opportunity to revisit the prior panel’s horrifically-flawed decision, possibly even changing the post-Bruen landscape as a whole!
