Friend,
We have some GREAT
NEWS to share
this week!
The Third Circuit Court of Appeals
has granted full-court review in Koons v. Platkin:
FPC’s challenge to New Jersey’s post-Bruen carry restrictions, with oral arguments slated for Feb.
11!
As you know, in the wake of the
Bruen decision, many states adopted
unconstitutional new anti-gun measures aimed at flouting SCOTUS’s
ruling.
And now we have a golden
opportunity to revisit the prior panel’s horrifically-flawed decision,
possibly even changing the post-Bruen landscape as a
whole!
This should be a warning to
governments that choose to ignore the Constitution and pro-Second
Amendment legal rulings: we will not tolerate your BS, and we WILL
come for you!
If
you’d like to support this MASSIVE rehearing of FPC’s case
