Friend, while we’re waiting for the official election results
from the NYC Board of Elections, I have some exciting news to share with
you: Eliot Engel conceded and the Associated Press called our election,
securing our victory.

I’m honored to be the Democratic nominee from New York’s 16th District for
Congress. I’m excited to get to work for the people of the Bronx and
Westchester, and cause trouble for the status quo in Washington.

I also wanted to take this moment to specifically thank the Progressive
Change Campaign Committee and folks like you. Thank you for believing in
me and our ability to fight for issues like Medicare For All, a Green New
Deal, and Wall Street reform.
