When I flipped a Republican-held congressional seat back in 2018, I broke the mold in more ways than one.

I became Kansas’s only elected Democrat in Washington. I also became the first LGBTQ+ Native American woman ever elected to Congress. And did I mention I’m a former MMA fighter, who was raised by a single Army mom, and worked multiple jobs to pay my own way through school?

With all that said, it’s fair to say I came to Washington with a resume that looks… just a little bit different from most of my colleagues.

If you think a voice like mine belongs in Congress, I’d love to have your support in this campaign. Because there is no district whose future is more uncertain than KS-03’s — and the outcome of our redistricting fight could determine which party wins control of Congress next year. [[link removed]]

I also want to be clear about this: I’m not asking for your support — or anyone else’s — because of my background or the road I took to Washington.

I’m asking for your support because of my record: What I’ve used my voice to fight for in Washington, and what I’ll keep fighting for if I have the privilege to continue serving.

Since day one, my philosophy has been this: We need leaders who are grown-up enough to put people first. Not politics.

That mindset helped me create thousands of clean-energy jobs right here in KS-03. It’s how I passed a bipartisan infrastructure law that’s kick-started construction on vital projects all across Kansas. And it’s how I’ve pushed back against every act of partisan warfare the Trump Administration has launched against Kansas families.

If you think that record deserves another two years in Congress, please, chip in right away to make sure the Kansas GOP’s latest gerrymandering push falls flat on its face — just like it did before. [[link removed]]
