Dems were caught off guard and unprepared for the aggressive tactics MAGA brought to the fight: Republican operatives were showing up at every county fair, every parade, every town hall and public event across PA. Dems were asleep at the wheel, missing in action, caught unaware. A perfect storm was brewing that would have resulted in a shocking GOP gerrymander of Pennsylvania, a scenario Democrats neither expected nor prepared for. We defeated MAGA in PA in November. And now the courts have come to the rescue yet again: two federal judges just struck down Texas’ rigged map, delivering Trump a devastating blow.  In 2026, there are three more State Supreme Court elections in key swing states: Arizona, Georgia, and Michigan. Fair elections, abortion rights, and voting rights are at stake in each of these crucial states. Defend Our Courts is rushing to the fight to stop MAGA in each of these contests.
