This weekly digest is a method to communicate updates, initiatives and policy changes from the Aging and Adult Services Division (AASD) and Disability Services Division (DSD) in a simplified way. We send this announcement every week on Tuesdays.

* *Summary:* DHS updated expectations and procedures to verify provider qualifications as part of our ongoing work to strengthen program integrity and consistency across the EIDBI benefit.

* *Audience:* EIDBI providers, people receiving services and other interested parties
* *Effective date:* Jan. 1, 2026
* *Summary:* Effective Jan. 1, 2026, EIDBI providers must not deliver or bill for select direct intervention services during homeschool or online/virtual school instruction.
