Our movement saw a surge of support last month due to the excitement
around people organizing and mobilizing for Black lives. It’s clear why;
our mission to tear down a system that continues to lock up and kill us is
intrinsically tied to the movement for Black lives.

However, after the large number of contributions we saw last month, our
volume is seeing a dip. John,
we cannot afford to slow down now.

We need to keep up the momentum around defunding the police and electing
leaders to prosecutorial offices who will fight for our communities and
hold law enforcement accountable.
