Our movement saw a surge of support last month due to the excitement around people organizing and mobilizing for Black lives. It’s clear why; our mission to tear down a system that continues to lock up and kill us is intrinsically tied to the movement for Black lives.
However, after the large number of contributions we saw last month, our volume is seeing a dip. John, we cannot afford to slow down now.
We need to keep up the momentum around defunding the police and electing leaders to prosecutorial offices who will fight for our communities and hold law enforcement accountable.
November 3rd isn’t the only important election day. We’ve endorsed in 6 races that have elections before then — including two today in Texas! We need your support to get these candidates elected and doing the work to build fairer legal systems for their communities.
